Japanese traditional house with thatched roof built on Showa period was renovated to buckwheat noodle restaurant. They provide Sarashina-Soba(white Soba noodle ) which is only used center part of buckwheat(outside of it was polished away) . it is really smoothly as you eat. it is rarely around Oishida town.
