Pesora eggplant pickles dishes 

What is Pesora pickles??

Pesora eggplant pickles is local dishes and lactic acid fermented food in Oishida. It is used fresh eggplant harvested in the morning. Eggplants are soaked in the water for removing the violet color into amber first, next they are pickled with salt and chili pepper for two weeks. It is because Oishida was used to develop by river transportation. Then eggplants on the boat were poured water carelessly. Amber colored eggplants couldn't be sold, so people in Oishida started to make amber-colored eggplant pickles. 

Pesora yogurt source

Greek style yogurt source with Pesora pickles.Dise-cut Pesora, strained yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, mashed garlic, salt and pepper are mixed together, it complete super delicious Greek-Oishida yogurt source.

Pesora potato salad

Potato salad is mashed potato with several ingredients such as cucumber, boiled egg, ham etc. Pesora is cut into dice and added to it. Only this process has you get Oishida original flavor of potato salad! Try it!!   

Pesora dog

Have you eaten hot dog in Costco?? You may know many chopped onion are on it. Instead of the onion, dice-cut pesora are on the hot dog. A little salty and spicy pesora is best combination with sausage.

Pesora pasta with mashroom and soy source

Soy source is usually used pasta as seasoning in Japan. Shredded-Pesora with mushroom on the spaghetti is definitely Oishida local dishes!

Pesora fried potato

Fried potato with cut Pesora as thick as potato. Crispy potato and salty and juicy pickles are best combination with beer!!

Pesora egg sandwich

mashed boiled egg with mayonnaise are sandwiched in breads. This is typical sandwich in Japan. Dice-cut Pesora pickles are added to it, it is unique Oishida style egg sandwich!

Pesora pintxos with shine muscat and smoked cheese 
 

Pesora pickles and other ingredients  are cut into rather thick slice, and a slice of Pesora and smoked cheese are sandwiched in two slices of muscat.  This is the best ratio of this pintxos.
