What is Pesora pickles??
Pesora eggplant pickles is local dishes and lactic acid fermented food in Oishida. It is used fresh eggplant harvested in the morning. Eggplants are soaked in the water for removing the violet color into amber first, next they are pickled with salt and chili pepper for two weeks. It is because Oishida was used to develop by river transportation. Then eggplants on the boat were poured water carelessly. Amber colored eggplants couldn't be sold, so people in Oishida started to make amber-colored eggplant pickles.
Pesora yogurt source
Greek style yogurt source with Pesora pickles.Dise-cut Pesora, strained yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, mashed garlic, salt and pepper are mixed together, it complete super delicious Greek-Oishida yogurt source.
