This is built on 1961, Yamagata style Ita-Soba specialty restaurant. Chewy noodle and rich Soba aroma!! Soba is a countryside style and it is made from high quarity ingredients carefully selected. It goes well with their own special dipping broth. They also serve seasonable handmade pickles!
