Buckwheat noodle restaurant Mankichi

This restaurant was opened by couple who like Soba noodle very much. They tried to make their own best Soba noodle and finally made it. They use buckwheat flour produced in Oishida and it was ground in own restaurant. Of course it is hand-made. It is said that Best Soba noodle is [fresh ground] [fresh knead] and [fresh boiled] !
