Uroko-ya

Uroko-ya was originally established near Mogami river in Oishida. Their history is back to 1648. They provide both of Japanese and Western style confection. Every time I visit here,, I take much time to choose because they have many kinds of products. I highly recommend you to get Daifuku(Mochi wrapped with sweet bean paste). It is not so sweet, really tasty. Other baked confectionary such as cookies have long expiration date, they are good for souvenir
