Kowa spring water

Yamagata is blessed with water and Jinego area in mountain side of Oishida has cold spring called "Kowasuzu" In the old days it was really hard to cultivate fields in mountain side. Then people drunk it. That's why it is called "Kowa:tired" "Suzu:spring". Insane of water are welling up all the time. When we got flood of Mogami river on 2020, we couldn't use tap water. Then many locals came here to take it. It is not only drink directly, but you can enjoy wonderful coffee or tea!
